Every Campus Ministry is Unique
We don’t have a set formula to how ministry has to look like on each campus. Every chapter does apologetics, evangelism, builds community, and develops student leaders. But how that happens depends on your gifting, passion, and the Holy Spirit.
Ratio Christi gives you the flexibility to serve in your own way. Our national and regional staff will take the administrative burden off of your shoulders so you can do more ministry. We’ll coach you to be more effective while still giving you the freedom to express yourself.

Tax benefits for team members. Field ministers with Ratio Christi enjoy many of the tax benefits of pastors and missionaries including special housing allowance, tax deductible support donations, and more.
Interested in a bi-vocational position? With as little as five hours a week you can lead a college or university chapter, leaving you plenty of time to work a full-time position outside of Ratio Christi.
